  This place is horrible!!!! Very slow service. The edible food that was delivered was chewy. They must be training a cook who has never cooked anything before. Not only that, I looked at my chicken sandwich to see if they had put no tomatoes and extra pickles, and found a huge ass fly that had died on my lettuce and was stuck to it under my chicken. Beyond disgusting! I asked for the Manager to come over and look and they said that SHE said she was on an important conference call and to take my info and she'd try to call me! Bulls*t! Not today you won't dismiss a customer! That's prob why there was no one there! It was 3 tables with people at them the entire we were there waiting on this disappointing food.
  
  Manager finally came over and said she was on a conference call and we could come back to get 2 free meals. Eww! Then told us as we were leaving, to have a great day and hope we enjoyed the food! Really tho?!?

  It's easy to see why this place is always dead. So sad. So much potential being right off the highway. Came for lunch and placed order at 2:35. It's been a hour and it's been a disaster. Husband had came to meet me for his lunch break and mama never got to eat. From my Cobb salad not having egg, cheese or barely and over cooked chicken. To the "chicken nuggets" that where a embarrassment. Husband spoke to manager but with his lack of regard I won't be back to this location. Manager stated he seen that the kids meal was sitting too long in the window and told them to remake it and they didn't. Which is crazy! Sad & anyone that knows me, knows, we LOVE all things breakfast anytime of the day.
  
  They need to shut down for a week, deep clean the restaurant and retrain the entire staff and start over.

  Waited forty minutes during slow time for food that was incorrect.  Drinks were left empty and we (party of two) were served separately with enough distance between that we didn't even get to eat together.  My usual order tasted absolutely disgusting and I left without eating.  The man who came to check on us was absolutely rude but an older woman came and tried to make things right.  
  
  We tried again at a different time and on a different day, and the same thing happened.  This location is just a mess, which is unfortunate because I love IHOP and it's so close to our house.

  Wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. On our way back home from vacation and stopped around 10:30am. Was told the wait would be about 30 minutes, expected this on a Sunday and all tables were being used. After getting our table and quickly getting our order taken it took almost 90 minutes to get our food and it was just the two of us. Manager and multiple staff came by multiple times to apologize and say they were very short staffed. According to these reviews this is a normal occurrence. After an hour the manager did offer to comp our meal if we would continue to wait. Food was just OK with hard toast. Would avoid this location until they get it together.
